We are looking to expand our network of experts throughout Germany.
TASKS
- Our projects are primarily generalist. This means you will support a company or a specific area within it for all HR-related matters over a certain period. It is important that you can quickly orient yourself in a new environment and rapidly build a trusting relationship with the company’s employees.
PROFILE
- At least 5 years of professional experience as a generalist in human resources
- Entrepreneurial thinking beyond the HR area
- Committed, precise and independent way of working
- Sensitivity in dealing with employees
- Consulting skills combined with excellent people skills
- Outstanding communication skills
- Business fluent in English
